I am an Assistant Professor of Global Supply Chain Management in the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University.
My research interests include the human-machine collaborations in operations and supply chains, well-being implications of operations and supply chain decisions, consumer behavior and last-mile delivery, and behavioral operations & supply chain management.
My teaching interests include supply chain managment principles, operations and supply chain management research, and sustainable operations and supply chains.
My hobbies include family activities with my husband Kamiko Ho’okano, traveling (42 countries so far), photography, houseplants, reading, working out, yoga, and tennis.
